If the camp you wish to send your child(ren) to is full you can add yourself to the waitlist at the registration page. Should a space come available, you'll be contacted. If we have not heard back from you within the stated time range we will have to move on to the next person on the waitlist.

We can try our best to make this happen if there is still room in the camp that week.  You will have to contact our summer camps staff (summercamps@gatewaycrc.org) to delete your registration, and then re-register in the week you're wanting.

Provided you contact our Camp Directors at least 14 days prior to the start of the camp you are cancelling for, you are eligible for a full refund. Any cancellations within that 2 week period leading up to camp are unable to be refunded as supplies and bookings for your child have already been purchased.

We can't answer this question quite yet because we haven't hired our campstaff as of now. Once they are hired, they get to do the coordinating of field trips. In the past, field trips have included White Rock, the Zoo, Laser Tag, the hatchery, etc. We will be trying to line up the field trips with the themes, but we can't make most of these arrangments until June.
